Brook Corner is a luxury self catering apartment and was awarded 4 stars by Enjoy England. The accommodation is both light and spacious thanks to large windows and wide hallways. Easily accommodating two couples or a family of four in two generous bedrooms. The two bedrooms can be arranged either as one double and one twin or as two double rooms.
Refurbished in 2021 with new furnishings, including beds and sofas. Refurbished bathroom with walk-in-shower 2024 (note - no bath).
If you are looking for hassle free holiday accommodation that really works, this is it. The apartment is clean and contemporary, with plenty of storage space and built in wardrobes. Decorated with subtle shades it is practically and comfortably furnished to ensure it is an easy place to stay for a stress free holiday. Everything you need, including quality bedding, towels and even sharp knives!
The hall leads you to a spacious living room with aspects to the south and west, including views of Monsal Dale. Double glazed doors open to the fully equipped, modern kitchen with granite work surfaces.
There are two generous bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds that can be zip-linked together as a super-king.
There is a modern bathroom (renovated November 2024) with large walk in shower, toilet and wash hand basin. The new shower has both overhead rain shower and traditional shower heads. Excellent water pressure throughout the apartment.
Ample storage is available in the airing cupboard and built in wardrobes to both bedrooms.
One parking space is located in the underground car park with additional parking on site.
