The accommodation is both light and spacious thanks to large windows and wide hallways. Easily accommodating two couples or a family of four in two generous bedrooms. The two bedrooms can be arranged either as one double and one twin or as two double rooms.

Decorated with subtle shades it is practically and comfortably furnished to ensure it is an easy place to stay for a stress free holiday. Everything you need, including quality bedding, towels and even sharp knives! The hall leads you to a spacious living room with aspects to the south and west, including views of Monsal Dale. Double glazed doors open to the fully equipped, modern kitchen with granite work surfaces.

There are two generous bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds that can be linked together as a double on request. There is a modern bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet and wash hand basin. Ample storage is available in the airing cupboard, a large walk in cupboard and built in wardrobes to both bedrooms. One parking space is located in the underground car park with additional parking on site.
